We’ve put together some frequently asked questions to help address any concerns or questions you may have ahead of your appointment with Dr Dreyer.

1Does Dr Andrian Dreyer accept cash payments or medical aid, or both?

Yes, Dr Dreyer accepts EFT, cash and credit card payments.

Like most specialists, Dr Dreyer charges private rates for all consultations. All in-hospital treatments go to the medical aid and the patient will be liable for any excess not covered by the medical aid.

In-room consultations are payable directly after the consultation.

2How do I book or cancel an appointment with Dr Dreyer?

All enquiries related to booking or cancelling appointments can be made by phoning our rooms on 011 794 1720 or 011 794 1817.

3How long is a consultation with Dr Dreyer?

First consultations are 45min – 1hour

Follow up consultations are 30 – 45min

4How often should I see my primary care physician?

You should regularly see your doctor to manage your health. Regular visits as you age also ensures early detection of heart disease and other age-related complications.

Depending on your condition Dr Dreyer will advise how often you need to be seen for follow up consultations.

5Does Dr Dreyer offer home visits or online consultations?

To ensure that Dr Dreyer can treat a patient effectively he needs to properly evaluate and access a patient therefore it is best for him to see all patients in person, either in his consultation rooms or in hospital.

Unfortunately, Dr Dreyer doesn’t offer home visits.
